Medium intensity fitness program in hot water for moms willing to exercise with babies.

4) AQUA FITNESS

A program to improve blood circulation, respiratory system and skeletal system.

Exercises performed in water, engaging large muscle groups while taking the strain off the joints (safe motion), based on working against water resistance.

By using additional equipment such as swim belts, sponge dumbbells, balls and others the water resistance is additionally increased which in turn boosts the exercises intensity.

This program is designed both for women and men, seniors, youth, with back problems, overweight – basically everyone who wants to boost his or her agility.
